The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with concealed deluxe split air-conditioning units as well as overhead ceiling fans. Each bedroom has an individual en suite bathroom, featuring the romantic charm of the al fresco outdoor shower bathing experience. All the bedrooms have ocean views with large glass sliding doors. The cool and clean feel of dark teak timber floors underfoot have been used throughout. In additions the Villa features an air-conditioned Study and fully equipped powder room off the Master Bedroom, which can be utilized as a 5th Bedroom. An open Living Room/Dining Room is the center point in the Design. This features a Wantilan roof structure and is built from coconut columns, hardwood framing, stone floor and alang alang roof covering. There is also an upstairs Living/Pool Room equipped with TV/VCD and pool table. The lush tropical gardens feature an 18metre long swimming pool lined in green stone and created to take full advantage of the sunset. There is also a Tennis Court on the property.
