An exclusive foyer is the main point of access and incorporates a display of contemporary art pieces set against an intricate stone feature wall. There is also an inconspicuous area set up as a study alcove for guests to catch up with business correspondence whilst away.

The living area is a comfortably appointed open-plan space with plenty of natural lighting and air circulation. A cosy modular sofa in a rich shade of plum is arranged to face a huge flat screen television and home entertainment system against a unique backdrop of timber panelling.
